Abe Award Nominees 2011
Through ISLMA, a committee of Illinois high school students and librarians annually recommends a list of books for teenagers, and high school students statewide vote for their favorite. Past winners include My Sister's Keeper, Twilight, and City of Bones.  Be sure to browse the lists from 2005-2010 too!

What, you haven't heard of this site yet?  Get there, fast!  Create your own online database of all the books you've read, or all the books you want to read, or all your favorite books . . . and then compare your list to other people's lists . . .  it's awesome.

Literature Map
It's so fun it needs a better name!  This is a simple device to find other writers similar to ones you've loved before.  Type the name of one of your favorites and watch the recommended names spring and bounce away.
